Tommy Tanner, a local soccer legend, is a Syracuse native. He attended Henninger High School before moving on to North Carolina State University. His professional experience included seven seasons with the A-League’s Rochester Rhinos, and 14 years as a professional player with the Cleveland Crunch of the MISL. He was the winner of 7 professional championships. Tanner is the President of Empire USA Syracuse, and holds a USSF "B" coaching license.
