In August 2007, Western New York’s top soccer clubs, the Rochester Junior Rhinos, Syracuse Football Club and Buffalo United Soccer Club joined together to form the Empire United Soccer Academy. 

FOXBOROUGH, Mass. – The New England Revolution has formed a strategic partnership with New York-based Empire United, a youth development program that also plays in the U.S. Soccer Development Academy. Beginning with the 2012-13 season, Empire United will become “Revolution Empire, A New England Revolution Soccer Club.”

The U.S. Under-18 Men’s National Team will convene for a domestic training camp from March 25-April 1 in Carson, California.  Among the players invited to attend the training camp are two players from the Empire USA Bu18 Development Academy team.  Alex Bono (Baldwinsville, NY) and Stefanos Stamaloucatos (Camilus, NY), will join 33 other standouts from across the country in head coach Javier Perez’s first camp at the helm of this team.

Syracuse area women have a chance to participate in an exciting, growing league whose focus is strictly upon the development and promotion of WOMEN soccer players.

Empire United Soccer Academy’s mission is to provide all players in our organization the benefits of a team sport that develops character and sportsmanship, fosters enjoyment and encourages each individual to achieve his/her potential on and off the soccer field.

As Western New York’s sole member of the U.S. Soccer Development Academy, Empire United Soccer Academy supports the USSF Training Centers as a central component to Youth National Team talent identification.
